Free yoga anyone? The BLK Yoga Collective hosts a truly refreshing Sunday morning at The Venue and you're invited.

This session features a guided yoga flow focused on building strength and improving flexibility. It's designed to meet you where you are so if you're new to this, don't sweat it, or do, it's a great workout!
After a good stretch, transition into a deeply restorative sound bowl therapy, allowing the vibrations of sound to guide inward, helping to ground your energy and leave you feeling centered and ready to take on the day.

This event is open to all and is a beautiful way to connect with your community through meditation and shared intention.
